2016
Lily and Cara met for the first time at UWE (University of the West of England) Bristol, where they studied BA(Hons) Creative and Professional Writing for the next three years.
2020
On a cold night in February 2020, Syntactical was formed. Though the pandemic arrived at the least opportune moment for the duo, steady progress was made.
2019
Lily and Cara both graduated from UWE Bristol with First Class Honours. Lily began to gather professional copywriting experience while Cara pursued an MA.
2024
Syntactical celebrated its fourth anniversary in February, having spent years collaborating with lovely businesses based in the South West and beyond.
MEET THE TEAM
We've been teaming up to get the job done (and done well) for as long as we've known each other. In 2020, we pooled our combined writing experience and took the plunge. We launched Syntactical together, knowing that we shared a deep love of language above all else.
